Ingredients: organic stoneground white flour, organic strong white bread flour, freshly milled organic wholegrain rye flour, freshly milled organic wholegrain wheat flour, water, salt.

Our signature country sourdough, naturally-leavened loaf. Made with a mix of freshly milled organic whole grains, organic stoneground flour and organic strong white bread flour, baked dark with a crispy crust. It keeps very well if stored properly - also freezes incredibly well.

Seeded Sourdough - £4.25

Ingredients: organic stoneground white flour, organic strong white bread flour, freshly milled organic wholegrain rye flour, freshly milled organic wholegrain wheat flour, freshly milled organic wholegrain spelt flour, water, salt, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds.

Using the signature No.8 dough, these loaves are packed full of roasted and scalded seeds. These have a great depth of nutty flavour and a fantastic texture in every bite.

Olive and Polenta Sourdough - £4.50

Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, salt, water, Real Olive Co. organic green and black olives, polenta (polenta, olive oil, salt and pepper).

Using the classic no.8 sourdough dough as the basis, this loaf is filled with beautiful organic olives from Bristol's Real Olive Co. and well seasoned cooked organic polenta. The result is a loaf with a soft, moist crumb, bursting with tantalising Mediterranean flavours.

Sea Salt and Rosemary Focaccia - £2.00

Ingredients: Organic white bread flour, freshly milled organic wholegrain einkorn, Cornish sea salt, water, organic extra virgin olive oil, fresh rosemary.

Naturally fermented Italian flat bread, baked in a tin and served as a hefty slice. Flavours and toppings vary from month to month but the bread itself is always just flour, salt, water and extra virgin olive oil, baked dark for maximum flavour.

Olive and Za'atar Focaccia - £2.50

Ingredients: Organic white bread flour, freshly milled organic wholegrain einkorn, Cornish sea salt, water, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic green and black olives, za'atar herb mix.

Soft textured dough, topped with beautiful organic olives and finished with a zesty thyme herb mix (za'atar) and a scattering of flakey sea salt. Delicious!

Sesame seed sourdough - £4.50

Ingredients: flour, salt, water, sesame seeds, tahini. Allergens: gluten, sesame seeds

The savoury one. Beautiful soft sourdough with golden roasted sesame seeds, a good dose of tahini to deepen the flavour inside and finally coated with more sesame seeds. Delicious with sweet and savoury toppings, as well as making incredible toasted sandwiches.
